Prana is an ancient Sanskrit word, meaning "breath of life" or "life energy". It is the creation of our founder, Olivia. She wanted to be able to use the aromas in her life, imagining her daily walks in the woodland with her dogs. The scent is forever changing in the seasons and she notices whatever is in the air that day. This balanced scent brings calm, stillness and frees up stagnant air. She often uses it before yoga on her pulse points - wrists, behind ears and temples, then gently rubs her wrists together and inhales. Otherwise relying on its grounding qualities whenever she needs it.
